Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on waste registration duty and reporting obligation. In particular the present Decree establishes the new requirements for record of landfill waste (replaced Annex 7), report on electrical equipment and electrical waste (Annex 15), report on packaging waste (Annex 16) and report on packaging placed on the market in the Slovak Republic (Annex 17).
