Decree on conditions and procedures for the registration and inspection of equipment used for plant protection.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five articles and five Annexes, lays down details on conditions and procedures for the registration and inspection of equipment used for plant protection. Art. 2 provides provisions concerning registration of application equipment. Art. 3 establishes the list of categories of application equipment. Art. 4 relates to inspection of the equipment. Technical requirements and phytosanitary requirements for equipment are specified in Annex 3.
