Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven articles and three Annexes, lays down details on the preparation of veterinary medical prescription forms (specified in Annex 1), special veterinary medical prescription forms marked with an oblique blue line (Annex 2), and details on graphical elements and information on these forms. Annex 3 defines the form of records on specific veterinary prescriptions.
