Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six articles and three Annexes, lays down details on veterinary prescription forms (specified in Annex 1), forms of specific forms veterinary prescription labeled with diagonal blue stripe (Annex 2), details on graphical elements and information on these forms. Annex 3 defines the form of records on specific veterinary prescriptions.
