Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of eight articles and one Annex, lays down details on: (a) treatment of polluting substances; (b) properties of the plan of preventive measures to avoid the occurrence of uncontrolled leakage of pollutants into the environment; (c) procedure to deal with extraordinary deterioration of water quality or extraordinary threat to water quality. The Annex specifies properties of the emergency plan.
