Decree establishing the index of significant water flows and water supply flows.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment is composed of four articles and two Annexes. The following types of water flows are recognized as significant: water flows determining State borders; water flows which are used or may be used as water supply resources; navigable water flows; water flows significantly supplying industry and agriculture; water flows used for purposes such as hydropower generation or aquaculture. Annex 1 specifies the index of significant water flows. Annex 2 contains the list of water supply flows.
