Decree establishing information submitted to the European Commission and requirements for the development of national emission inventories.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of ten articles and seven Annexes, establishes, according to art. 62 point e and n of the Air Protection Act, details of information submitted to the European Commission and requirements for the development of national emission inventories. The basic principles of the inclusion of emissions in the national obligations to reduce emissions are listed in Annex 1. Rules of flexibility in the fulfillment of national obligations to reduce emissions according are listed in Annex 2. National emission inventories for pollutants, adjusted national inventories, national emission projections, spatially divided national emission inventories, inventories of large point sources and informative reports on inventories are prepared according to the methodology specified in Annex 3. Content and scope of information and reports submitted to the European Commission and the deadlines for their submission are listed in Annex 4.
