Decree implementing the Act on the collection and dissemination of environmental information.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of nine articles and one Annex, establishes: (a) the content of the national register of releases of pollutants (called national register of pollution); (b) details on record keeping and data retention; (c) the content of communication model structure; (d) criteria for entering diffuse sources of pollution of air, water or land to the national register of pollution; (e) details on the transfer of data to the European register of pollution.
