Abstract
The Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 11 articles and seven Annexes, establishes: (a) the list of pollutants for which emission limits or general operating conditions are specified (Annex 1); (b) emission limits, technical requirements and general operating conditions of stationary sources; (c) new sources and existing sources; (d) the categorization of big and medium sources (Annex 2); (e) requirements for ensuring the dispersion of emission of pollutant substances (Annex 6).
