Abstract
The Act is composed of the following Sections: Introductory provisions (sec. 1); Air quality (sec. 2); Obligations of operators of resources and licensing of resources (sec. 3); Air protection organs and their activities (sec. 4); Temporary and final provisions (sec. 5). The Act establishes rights and obligations of legal persons and physical persons concerning protection of the air against polluting substances deriving from human activities and concerning reducing reasons and limiting effects of air pollution, activities of state administration organs of air protection and liability for violating obligations relating to air protection.
