Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of nine articles and eight Annexes, lays down: (1) details of the registration of packaging and packaging waste, details on the reporting of data from the register of packaging and packaging waste; (2) details on the packaging marking and labeling of returnable packaging of beverages; (3) requirements for the composition and properties of packaging; (4) minimum targets for packaging waste recovery and recycling of their range in relation to the total weight of packaging waste.
