Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Regional Development, which is composed of 28 articles and 14 Annexes, establishes details on: (a) detection, monitoring and evaluation of the quantity and the quality of surface water and groundwater; (b) balancing of the amount of surface water and groundwater; (c) keeping records on water; (d) the manner and extent of the reporting on surface water, groundwater and special water and discharge of wastewater.
