Decree implementing some provisions of the Air Protection Act.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of ten articles and seven Annexes, establishes, according to art. 62 point h and k of the Air Protection Act: (a) requirements for keeping operational records on a stationary source of air pollution; (b) the range of other data on the stationary source, emissions of pollutants and compliance with the permissible level of air pollution; (c) details of technical-operational parameters and technical-organizational measures including measures to mitigate the course and eliminate the consequences of emergency situations; (d) requirements for the National Emissions Information System, the scope and details of reporting data to the National Emissions Information System and the purpose and scope of the processed information; (e) details of reports on waste incinerators and waste co-incineration facilities; (f) the content of the program for reducing emissions from a stationary source and the content of the data and the method of informing the public.
