Abstract
This Government Ordinance, which is composed of ten articles and five Annexes, lays down details on environmental objectives (art. 2), economic analysis and water management (art. 3), planning in river basins and in river basin districts (art. 4) and assessment of the current state of bodies of surface water and the status of bodies of groundwater and identification of preliminary water management problems (art. 5).
