Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Regional Development, which is composed of 16 articles and seven Annexes, establishes: (a) requirements for monitoring of emissions from stationary sources and air quality in their neighborhood; (b) the method and requirements for identification of the amount of emitted pollutants; (c) the method and requirements for detection and data demonstrating compliance with the specified emission limits specified; (d) the method and requirements for detection and data demonstrating compliance with specified technical requirements and general conditions for operation; (e) the method and requirements for monitoring and demonstrating the quality of air; (f) elements of protocols for continuous monitoring of the emission; (g) requirements for the protocol for continuous monitoring of air quality.
