Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 19 articles and seven Annexes, lays down: (a) details on monitoring of emissions from stationary sources and air quality in their neighborhood; (b) method, terms and requirements for detecting the amount of discharged pollutants; (c) method, terms and requirements for detecting and proving compliance with specified emission limits; (d) method, terms and requirements for establishing and proving compliance with specified technical requirements and operating conditions; (e) method, terms and requirements for monitoring and demonstrating the quality of air; (f) details on protocols of the continuous emission monitoring.
