Decree No. 163/2026 establishing related data reported by first purchasers of raw milk and the structure, form and timing of such reporting.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development prescribes the specific data elements and reporting modality to be provided by first purchasers of raw milk. It requires first purchasers to report, for each delivered quantity of raw cow's milk, the price, fat content, and protein content. The present Decree also mandates reporting the supplier's name or trade name together with the supplier's organization identification number or equivalent national identifier, and the country where the raw milk was produced if it is not Slovakia. The instrument further prescribes that these data are to be submitted electronically using a specified form and structure as set out in the annex to the Decree.
