Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four articles and one Annex, implements par. 19b p.2 of the Act on the promotion of renewable energy sources and high efficiency cogeneration. Organization that manages and updates the database on area where biomass is grown for the production of biofuels or bioliquids meets the criteria of sustainability. Annex specifies the form of declaration of the breeder or operator of biomass for biofuel or bioliquid which is defined in accordance with requirements of art. 17 of the Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources and amending and subsequently repealing Directives 2001/77/EC and 2003/30/EC.
