Decree no. 397/2023 establishing the requirements for the declaration of a biomass grower or supplier

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 16 articles, lays down requirements for the declaration of biomass growers or suppliers. The present Decree specifies the information that must be included in the declaration, such as the name, address, and permanent residence of the individual or company, as well as the details of the biomass, including its type, quantity and origin. The declaration also requires a statement of sustainability criteria and a declaration of accuracy and truthfulness.
