Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 18 articles and one Annex, establishes, according to art. 62 point i and a of the Air Protection Act, details of the requirements for obtaining professional competence for professional assessment in the field of air protection, operation and management of waste incinerators and waste co-incineration facilities and the performance of inspections of small combustion facilities for solid fuel and liquid fuel. Furthermore the present Decree lays down details of professional qualification requirements for emission-technological assessment of stationary sources.
