Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of six articles and four Annexes, establishes requirements for reducing emissions of volatile organic compounds caused by the use of organic solvents in paints, certain varnishes and vehicle refinishing products. Annex 1 lists out the products which fall within the scope of these provisions. Annex 2 specifies boundary values for maximum scope of volatile organic compounds.
