Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of eight articles and five Annexes, establishes, according to art. 62 point f and g of the Air Protection Act, technical requirements and operating conditions for storage equipment, filling equipment and mobile tanks used for storing, filling and transporting gasoline from a distribution warehouse to another distribution warehouse or from a distribution warehouse to a gas station and for filling gasoline into motor vehicle tanks and the method and requirements for proving the compliance.
