Abstract
The Act establishes business rules related to power engineering; access to the market, rights and obligations of market participants; rights and obligations of natural persons and physical persons whose rights or obligations can be affected by participants of the energy market; State administration dealing with the energy sector; State control of the power engineering market. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) Introductory provisions; (2) Energetic sector; (3) Inspection; (4) Common, temporary and final provisions.
