Abstract
The Government Ordinance, which is composed of 23 articles and four Annexes, establishes provisions concerning: groups of cereal which must be registered and the seed which must fulfill conditions and requirements established by the Act on varieties and seeds for the production and marketing; requirements for properties and quality of cereal seed; requirements for the production of cereal seed; conditions of marketing of cereal seed; conditions of control of imported cereal seed; details on packaging and labelling of cereal seed; way and scope of control of the quality of cereal seed placed on the market.
