Abstract
This Act sets up rights and obligations of natural persons and legal persons concerning the registration of varieties of agricultural produces and forest plants for production and introduction of seed and seeding of agricultural produces and forest plants into sale. It also establishes duties of State control authorities and makes provision on the examination of seeds and varieties of agricultural produces and forest produces. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Varieties of agricultural produces; (3) Seed of agricultural produces; (4) Specific provisions for forest plants; (5) State control authorities; (6) Penalties; (7) Common, temporary and final provisions.
