Abstract
The Government Ordinance, which is composed of 21 articles and three Annexes, sets out rules on the marketing of seed potatoes. It specifies those groups of potatoes which must be registered and lays down details on quality of seed potatoes. Particular rules deal with conditions of control of imported seed potatoes as well as packaging and labelling of seed potatoes.
