Order of 11 June 2001 establishing the Catalogue of Wastes.

This Order of the Ministry of the Environment implements the Act on Waste by providing for classification of wastes. The Order is completed by five annexes: list of groups, sub-groups and types of wastes; list of hazardous characteristics of wastes according to the Basel Convention; list of groups of wastes subject to the regime of control and list of harmful substances according to Basel Convention; list of criteria for the assessment of hazardous characteristics of wastes; procedure for classification of wastes in groups and subgroups.
