Ordinance establishing conditions of support within common organization of the market in fruits and vegetables.

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 12 articles and one Annex, implements some provisions relating to common organization of the market of fruits and vegetables, and in particular: authorization of producer organizations and their associations, multinational producer organizations and their associations; conditions of financial support given to action plans, operational program and operational plan; crisis prevention and crisis management; withdrawal of products from the market.
