Ordinance on the conditions for implementing certain measures of the common organization of agricultural markets in the fruit and vegetables sector.

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of nine articles and one Annex, implements some provisions relating to the common organization of the market of fruits and vegetables, and in particular: authorization of producer organizations and their associations, multinational producer organizations and their associations (art. 2); details on application for approval of an operational program (art. 3); conditions of financial support given to operational fund in the form of an advance payment (art. 4); crisis prevention and crisis management (art. 5).
