Abstract
This Government Ordinance, which is composed of seven articles and three Annexes, establishes environmental quality standards for priority substances and certain other pollutants with the aim of achieving good chemical status of surface water in accordance with the program of measures to achieve environmental objectives. This regulation applies to the any person who uses water. Environmental quality standards for priority substances and certain other pollutants are specified in Annex 1.
