Abstract
This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 15 articles and one Annex, establishes: (a) sanitary requirements for direct sale and delivery of small quantities of primary products to the final consumer or to local retail establishments directly delivering to the final consumer, and the duties and liabilities of primary producers operateing a local retail establishment; (b) details on the delivery of milk and milk products from a retail establishment to other retail establishments that are considered marginal. Art. 3 specfies sanitary requirements for fish, art. 4 for raw milk, art. 5 for eggs and art. 6 for honey
