Abstract
This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 11 articles and one Annex, establishes: (a) sanitary requirements for sale and supply of small quantities of primary products of animal origin, meat of poultry and domestic rabbits, small quantities of wild game and game of it by users of hunting district, final consumer or local retail establishments directly supplying final consumers; (b) obligations of producers, users of hunting district and obligations of physical persons - entrepreneur or legal person who is the operator of local retail establishment. This Ordinance applies to small quantities of: (1) primary products of animal origin: products of aquaculture, raw milk, eggs, honey; (2) meat of: poultry slaughtered on a farm, domestic rabbits, slaughtered on the farm, wild game and game of it.
