Abstract
This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 17 articles and four Annexes, lays down: requirements for families and groups of fruit plants which are the subject of registration procedure, propagating material of fruit plants and fruit plants intended for fruit production; requirements on the characteristics and quality of propagating material and fruit plants; requirements for the production of propagating material and fruit plants; conditions for placing propagating material and fruit plants on the market; particulars of keeping lists of varieties of propagating material and fruit plants kept by the supplier; conditions of importation of propagating material and fruit plants; details on the packaging and labeling packages of propagating material and fruit plants; the manner and extent of control of propagating material and fruit plants. This Ordinance does not apply to propagating material and fruit plants intended for export to third country.
