Council Directive 92/34/EEC on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production.

This Directive applies to the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production within the Community. Member States shall ensure that suppliers take all necessary measures to guarantee compliance with the standards laid down by this Directive at all stages of the production and marketing of propagating material and fruit plants. In Annex is a list of genera and species to which this Directive applies.
