Abstract
This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 18 articles and five Annexes, lays down: requirements for genera and species of fodder plant which are the subject to the registration and seed of which must fulfill the appropriate conditions and requirements; requirements for the characteristics and quality of fodder plant seed; requirements for the production of fodder plant seed; conditions of marketing of fodder plant seed; conditions of importation of fodder plant seed; details on packaging and labeling of fodder plant seed; the manner and extent of control and recognition of fodder plant seed placed on the market. This Ordinance does not apply to fodder plant seed intended for export to third country.
