Regulation 23/1977 Coll. on protection of the quality of surface and ground water.

This Regulation, consisting of 26 articles, implements the Water Act for what concerns the protection of the quality of surface and groundwater resources. It contains provisions on materials that endanger the quality of water (article 1), on conditions under which it is possible to handle harmful materials (articles 2 to 5), emergency impairment of the quality of water and on reporting of emergencies (articles 6 to 11), on the elimination of emergency and removal of its harmful impacts (articles 12 and 13) and on the administrative organization behind water quality protection (articles 14 to 24).
