Regulation 9/1989 Coll. of 15 December 1988 on the registration of geological works, handing-over and accessing of old mining works and administering their register.

The purpose of this Regulation is to provide for record keeping on geological works. The regulation provides details on the registration procedure and on access to information contained in the registers. Article 10 deals with the control of mining works.
