Regulation of the Ministry of Environment on list of professionally qualified persons for environmental impact assessment (1995).

This Regulation specifies details on : a). entering of natural persons and legal entities into the register of professionally qualified persons for considering of effects of intended structures, facilities and other activities; b). keeping a register; c).deleting of natural persons and legal entities from the register; d).fees for entering register. The document consists of V Secs. that contain 15 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-2) lays down introductory provisions. Section II (Arts. 3-7) establishes the modalities of entering data into register. Section III (Arts. 8-9) establishes the modalities of keeping register. Section IV (Arts. 10) establishes the modalities of writing off data from the register. Section V (Arts. 11-15) lays down common and final provisions.
