Abstract
This Act amends the Sierra Leone Maritime Administration Act, 2000: (a) by the repeal and replacement of subsection (5) of section 11 on proceeds of any charge imposed under section 11 section to be paid into the Consolidated Fund; and (b) by the repeal and replacement of section 21 concerning financing of the activities of the Administration.
