Abstract
Pursuant to the principles laid down in Act No. 126 of 1995, the present Decree establishes protective measures with respect to birds of prey, which are considered to be rare species of a particular value as to the ecosystems of the territory of San Marino. Excursions shall be prohibited in rupestrian areas, as prescribed by article 2. The fines mentioned in article 4 shall be applied in case of contravention.
