Abstract
The present Decree establishes rules governing trade in poultry and hatching eggs between European Community Member States and the Republic of San Marino (Chapter II), as well as importation from third countries of such products (Chapter III). The Decree has been adopted in implementation of the provisions laid down in Council Directive 90/539/EEC.
