Delegated Decree No. 84 amending Delegated Decree No. 44 of 27 April 2012 laying down the Code on the Environment.

This Delegated Decree updates the Code on the Environment. The amendments and addenda concern in particular: the adoption of plan on management of flood risks, the strategic environmental assessment and the technological development plan; the prevention of forest fires; monitoring of quality of water for human consumption. The aim of these updates is to ensure a more stringent protection of public health and the environment, from a sustainable development perspective.
