Abstract
These provisions regulate the principles and rules governing the management and functioning of the Integrated Water Service, which encompasses public services of water abstraction, water supply, sewerage and disposal of wastewaters. The Regulation is adopted pursuant to the basic principles set out in the Code on the Environment.
