Abstract
This Act prohibits the undertaking of building works without an authorization of the Director of Public Works and Transportation. The Act sets out the conditions and procedures for such authorization. Works for which an authorization must be applied for include, among other things, waterworks. Appeal agaianst a decision of the Director may be had with the Minister of Public Works and Transportation. Authorization may be refused if the proposed works are not authorized under the Monuments Act.
