State Decree to implement Articles 1 and 3 of the Building Act.

This Decree contains rules for construction of buildings. With regard to the water supply, the provisions of the “Water Supply Decree” (GB 1938 No. 33) and regulations issued by the N.V. Surinaamse Waterleiding Maatschappij (Suriname Water Company) apply. Some rules concern sewerage and discharge of wastewater.
