Decision of the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of 7 August 2018 no. 4114/18, amending the Process Water Decision 2016 (S.B. 2016 no. 108).

This Decision, implementing Article 7, Paragraph 1, subparagraph b of the Fish Inspection Decree, amends the Process Water Decision of 2016, in order to comply with the guidelines of the European Union regarding the requirements imposed on countries and their companies that export or wish to export fishery products to the European Union countries. Amendments concern: revision of parameter conditions and water quality standards for process water, in order to: guarantee food safety for the export of fish and fishery products, guarantee the reliability of analyses regarding the quality of water intended for human consumption; establish standards for analytical methods for laboratory control of drinking water quality; level of contaminants in water acceptable for consumers; quality assurance systems of fish inspection laboratories.
