Abstract
This Ministerial Decision, implementing articles 32 and 41 of the Forestry Act, provides for amending the Decision on the Fee for Timber, Wood Products and Forest By-products of 2013, and thus adjusting the rate of the levy on roundwood, with the exception of the timber species letterwood, harvested in concession areas, community forest and logging permit sites, in order to ensure sustainable forest management and in agreement with representatives of the timber sector.
