Decree of the Minister to implement the Export Levy Law (No. 21 of 2019).

This Decree issued by the Ministers of Finance, of Trade and of Spatial Planning implements provisions laid down in Article 3, paragraph 5, of the Law, which imposes a levy on exportation of raw processed and unprocessed wood. It specifies the fiscal value of various types of sawn timber.
