Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 23 Articles organized into five Chapters, pertain to the processes involved in registering and managing the activities of staff employed by Non-Governmental Organizations operating in South Sudan, including acquiring the necessary permits and customs exemptions. The main topics include procedures for (i) registration of both National and International Organizations and prescribed documents; (ii) renewal of the registration certificate; (iii) work and residence permits, including the required documents; (iv) customs exemptions; (v) work permits; (vi) NGOs vehicle registration.
