Abstract
This Act concerns the objectives, registration, administration, etc. of non-governmental organisations (National or international NGO's and community-based Organizations) and the monitoring of activities of Non-Governmental Organisations in South Sudan. the Act sets out objectives of NGO's and principles governing voluntary and humanitarian work, defines procedures and requirements for registration and defines offences and penalties.

The Non-Governmental Organisations Act, 2003, is hereby repealed. Any orders, regulations, appointments or decisions made and any actions taken under the repealed Act shall remain in force unless repealed by or is inconsistent with this Act.
